Treat our devices as if you own them, handling them with care and caution. These industrial-use devices remain sensitive and provide accurate, specific data. If you damage the safety rental equipment, you must cover the repair or replacement costs. Need to extend your rental? Call us immediately so we can adjust our schedule and ensure the next customer receives their equipment on time.

Each rental includes the device(s), accessories, software, user manuals, carrying cases, and current calibration certificates. Our team provides a detailed equipment checklist with every order and verifies that all components are in the box before shipping. Use this checklist to confirm that you return every component when sending the equipment back.

We offer the best safety rental equipment in the industry! Our devices stay up-to-date, and we perform annual factory calibrations on each one. Before shipping, we inspect every order to ensure it includes all necessary components. If your equipment arrives damaged during shipping, call us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Daily rentals are 24 hours. Weekly rentals are 7 days. Monthly rentals are a full calendar month. Unless a device is scheduled for an early morning delivery, you are not charged for rental costs for delivery day.

Shipping

We charge for outbound and inbound shipping. UPS or FedEx Ground ensures the best rates, and expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Our Denver, CO warehouse ships all rentals. At checkout, we provide an estimated shipping cost and calculate the exact amount when packaging. Each rental includes a pre-printed return label. If we need a faster return for the next renter, we’ll send a new label at no cost to you. We always choose the most economical shipping option based on availability and your rental start date.

Yes! Our warehouse is located near the Denver International Airport, so we have the ability to easily get a same day shipment out. If you need a same day shipment, please call us so we can coordinate with you.

Yes, in most cases! It is dependent on if the shipping service is available from the carrier to your location.

If there is a delivery issue, please call us immediately. If there is a factor outside of our or your control, like weather, issues with the carrier, etc, we will not charge you for additional rental time.

We include a return shipping label with each shipment unless you choose to have us charge your account through a shipping carrier. Each shipment also includes detailed instructions on how to properly package and return your equipment.

Our default is UPS, but can also ship FedEx or USPS based on customer preference. Instead of being bilt for shipping on your invoice, you can also provide us with an account number at a shipping carrier and we can charge your account.

Yes, we just ask that you provide a dedicated physical address where the device can be dropped off by a shipping carrier. If the rental is being shipped directly to a job site, we ask that you provide us a phone number and contact name at the location.

If you prefer, you can use your own company’s shipper number from UPS or FedEx. In this case, you will be charged for the carrier’s insurance cost to cover instrument replacement.

Ordering

To ensure availability and the lowest shipping rates, we recommend ordering your equipment as far in advance as possible. If you regularly rent equipment for scheduled testing, we suggest placing multiple rental reservations at once.

Daily rentals last 24 hours. Weekly rentals last 7 days. Monthly rentals cover a full calendar month. We do not charge rental costs for delivery day unless a device is scheduled for early morning delivery.

After you submit a quote request on our website, our team will contact you the same day during normal business hours to confirm order details. If you submit a request after hours, we will reach out to you first thing the next business day.

When we confirm your order, we process a $1.00 credit authorization to verify your card information and protect you from credit card fraud. This charge will expire. We charge your card for the rental amount only when we ship the equipment from our facility.

If you keep the device past the stated rental period, we will charge you for overtime. We will determine rates using our standard day/week/month tables and adjust the time period on your reservation. If you plan to keep the order past the return date on your contract, notify us immediately so we can adjust our arrangements for the next customer.

We schedule shipments based on when our customers need them. We usually plan shipments in advance to use UPS Ground, helping keep your shipping costs low.
